WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

The Puffco Proxy Core Kit is built for people who want real concentrate performance without carrying around a full rig. It's compact, glass-free, and fits in a pocket, but it doesn't cut corners on flavor or vapor quality. If you want an e-rig you can actually bring with you, this is the one to look at.
What Makes the Proxy Core Kit Different
The biggest difference comes down to the build. Instead of the standard Puffco New Proxy, which pairs with a glass mouthpiece, the Core Kit swaps in a smaller, glass-free setup. The mouthpiece is silicone, the 3D Chamber and terp pearls are ceramic, and the cup is anodized aluminum with a silicone foot. Airflow runs only through the chamber and mouthpiece, with no contact with the cup, so you still get that direct, flavorful pull without the breakage risk that comes with glass.
Heating, Temperature Control, and Vapor Quality
You get four preset heat levels right on the device, each shown by a different LED color:
- Blue, 490°F — lighter vapor, focused on terpene flavor
- Green, 510°F — balanced flavor and vapor density
- Red, 530°F — thicker vapor, still holds onto flavor
- White, 545°F — max vapor output and intensity
The chamber heats up in about 15 to 30 seconds depending on the setting. If you want to go beyond the presets, the Puffco Connect app lets you fine-tune temperature, adjust session length, and save custom heat profiles so your favorite session is repeatable every time.
Battery Life and Charging
Expect 12 to 15 sessions per charge depending on your temperature settings and how long you're pulling each session out. Charging runs through USB-C, with a full charge taking about 1.5 to 2 hours. The LED on the device shows your battery level using color signals, so you're never guessing how much is left.
How to Use the Puffco Proxy Core Kit
- Use the included loading tool to place a small amount of concentrate on the bottom of the 3D Chamber.
- Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on.
- Single-click to cycle through the four temperature settings.
- Double-click to start the heating cycle. The device pulses while it heats.
- Two vibrations and two flashes mean the chamber's ready.
- Inhale gently from the mouthpiece and enjoy.
Pro tip: a terp pearl between 3mm and 5mm tends to move best inside the chamber and gets you better vapor production.
How to Clean the Puffco Proxy Core Kit
Light cleaning after each session keeps flavor sharp and airflow clear.
- Power off the device and let it cool slightly.
- Twist the 3D Chamber counterclockwise to remove it from the base.
- Take off the mouthpiece and remove the terp pearl if you're using one.
- While the chamber is still a little warm, wipe the inside with a cotton swab in a circular motion.
- For a deeper clean, soak the chamber and mouthpiece in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol for about 20 minutes, then let everything air dry fully before putting it back together.
Don't submerge the aluminum cup in isopropyl alcohol. Wipe it gently with a cotton swab instead and let it air dry before reinstalling.
Warranty
The Proxy Core Kit comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty on the Proxy base, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Consumable parts like the 3D Chamber, terp pearls, and mouthpiece are considered wear items and aren't covered under the standard warranty.
Compatibility
The Proxy Core Kit is designed for concentrates only and works exclusively with the new Bluetooth-enabled Puffco Proxy base. It's not intended for use with tobacco, nicotine e-liquids, or synthetic nicotine substitutes.
