WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.
As a hard-working small Canadian company, we take pride in personally handling every order with care and attention. You can shop with complete confidence knowing that all packages are shipped discreetly, in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of vaporizers or our company name.

About the Puffco Proxy Core Accessory
The Puffco Proxy Core is an accessory that converts your Proxy into a compact, durable setup you can carry every day. Your Proxy base drops into the aluminum Core cup, and the silicone mouthpiece replaces the glass, so there's nothing fragile to worry about in a pocket or bag.
It's the same Core setup found in the Puffco Proxy Core Kit, sold on its own for people who already own a Puffco Proxy Pipe Kit. Add the Core, and your Pipe Kit becomes a Core Kit.
Note: The Proxy Core does not include a Proxy base. If you don't own one yet, get the Proxy Core Kit instead.

Everything Else You Need to Know About The Puffco Proxy Core
How does it work?
Remove your Proxy base from its glass and seat it in the Core cup. Load a small amount of concentrate into the 3D Chamber, drop in a terp pearl and put the Core mouthpiece on top.
Choose a heat setting and double-click to start, just like normal. When you want water filtration again, pop the base back into your Proxy glass. Our Puffco New Proxy review covers the base itself in more detail.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Remove the mouthpiece and terp pearls and soak them in 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol, then let them dry fully.
Don't soak the aluminum cup. Spot clean it with a cotton swab and a little iso instead.
Flavor and Cloud Performance
The Core has a shorter, more direct vapor path than Proxy glass, so hits feel stronger and more immediate. Terp pearls are optional, but Puffco recommends one for the best flavor and vapor.

Warranty
If your Puffco Proxy Core arrives broken, it's covered for a replacement. There's no further warranty beyond that.
FAQs
Does this come with the Proxy base?
No. This is the Core accessory only, cup, mouthpiece, and terp pearls. You'll need a compatible Bluetooth-enabled Proxy base separately, either one you already own or from the Proxy Core Kit, which includes it.
Is the original Puffco Proxy compatible with the Core?
No. The Core only works with the newer, app-enabled Proxy base. The original, non-app-enabled Proxy is not compatible.
Do I have to use the terp pearls?
No, the Core works without them, but Puffco recommends using one for the best flavor and vapor performance.
Can I still use my glass Proxy attachments with the same base?
Yes. The Proxy platform is fully modular, so you can switch between the Core and glass pieces like the Proxy Wizard or Proxy Bub on the same base whenever you want.
