The New Peak offers four temperature presets: 1.Blue: 490°F 2.Green: 510°F 3.Red: 530°F 4. White: 550°F.

While there’s no app control, Puffco does include a "Boost Mode" and "Intensity Mode" that give you some flexibility. Boost increases temp by 18°F and extends your session by 15 seconds. Intensity Mode is ideal for dry use (no water), giving each preset a little extra kick. The heating is fast, accurate, and self-adjusting based on sensor feedback in the bowl. Soak removable glass pieces in isopropyl alcohol and rinse thoroughly. Gently clean around the joystick cap and connection points using a cotton swab. Always let parts dry fully before reassembling. The New Peak is backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty from Puffco. If anything goes wrong, customers must contact Puffco directly and submit a video showing the issue. Once verified, Puffco will send a replacement, no need to send the broken unit back.
