When Will My Order Ship?

For the best chance of same-day shipping, order before 10am Pacific Time. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though some may occasionally take up to 48 hours. Canada Post doesn’t operate on weekends.
Where Will My Order Ship From?

We’re an online-only store. Most orders ship from our primary warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia. In some cases, or on request, orders may ship from our secondary warehouse in Brandon, Manitoba. We ship with Canada Post or Purolator.
Where Do I Send A E-Transfer?

Send your e-Transfer to Sales@CanadianVaporizers.ca. We have auto-deposit turned on, so your bank shouldn’t ask for a security question. If it does, create your own question and email us the password, or use your order number as the password. You can also email us at the same address if you need any help.
