WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

What Makes the Puffco New Peak Better
Puffco released the New Peak in 2024, taking everything that worked about the original Peak and streamlining it. It features a 3D Chamber, a Joystick Cap for better airflow control, USB-C charging and a refined bubbler. It heats up in about 25 seconds, and real-time temperature control helps keep every hit smooth without scorching your concentrate.
It doesn’t have Bluetooth or app control like the Peak Pro, but it makes up for that with straightforward, single-button operation and updated hardware. For anyone who wants Puffco Peak performance without the added tech, the New Peak is spot-on.
How to Use the Puffco New Peak
Using the Puffco New Peak is simple. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it on. One click cycles through the four preset temperatures. Double-click to start heating, and the light pulses while it heats up. Once it hits your selected temperature, it vibrates and flashes to let you know it’s ready.
Double-click again once it’s up to temperature for Boost Mode, which extends your session and raises the heat slightly. The Joystick Cap lets you control airflow as you inhale, directing vapour across the chamber for better extraction.
Temperature Settings
The New Peak offers four presets:
- Blue: 490°F (254°C)
- Green: 510°F (266°C)
- Red: 530°F (277°C)
- White: 590°F (310°C)
There’s no app control, but Boost Mode adds flexibility. Boost increases the temperature by 18°F (10°C) and extends your session by 15 seconds.

The Peaks Battery Life and Charging
The Puffco New Peak gets up to 35 heating cycles per charge on the Green setting. Higher heat settings and Boost Mode will bring that number down, so expect fewer cycles if you’re mostly running Red, White or Boost.
It recharges fully in about 2 hours over USB-C and supports pass-through charging, so you can keep using it while it’s plugged in.
Puffco New Peak vs. Peak Pro 3DXL
The main difference comes down to control and capacity. The Peak Pro 3DXL adds Bluetooth app connectivity, custom heat profiles and a larger 3DXL chamber for bigger sessions. The New Peak skips the app entirely and runs on four simple button-controlled presets instead.
If you want full customization and don’t mind paying more for it, the Peak Pro 3DXL is the better fit. If you want strong concentrate performance without the extra tech, the Puffco New Peak offers the better balance of price and simplicity.

Puffco New Peak Warranty
The New Peak is backed by a two-year manufacturer warranty from Puffco. If anything goes wrong, contact Puffco directly with a video showing the issue. Once it’s verified, they’ll send a replacement with no need to return the broken unit. This covers electrical and mechanical issues, but not normal wear, misuse damage or consumable parts like chambers.

What does it mean when my Puffco peak flashes all colors?
Flashing lights usually point to the chamber. Four white flashes means the chamber isn’t being detected, so remove it and screw it back in. Alternating red and white flashes means the chamber needs a clean.
How do you use Boost Mode on the Puffco New Peak?
Start a heat cycle with a double-click, then double-click again once it’s up to temperature. Boost adds 15 seconds and 18°F (10°C) to the session.
Can you smoke flower in Puffco peak?
No. The Puffco New Peak is designed for concentrates such as wax, shatter, budder and diamonds, not dry herb.

It’s cool but it doesn’t work for meth as good as I thought it would, it works decent if you put water or vape oil in with it and set it to max.but it could definitely be a tad bit hotter, overall 7/10 if you want to smoke meth with it, would recommend using one of the bigger devices
