WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.
As a hard-working small Canadian company, we take pride in personally handling every order with care and attention. You can shop with complete confidence knowing that all packages are shipped discreetly, in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of vaporizers or our company name.

About the Custom Puffco Peak Mouthpieces
You can swap your Puffco’s stock glass for something with more personality. We carry lots of different custom mouthpiece designs, from water-filtering recyclers and bubblers to dry glass and handcrafted art pieces. Each one replaces your stock Puffco glass directly, so changing the look and feel of your sessions takes just seconds.
Water styles cool and smooth out every hit, which is great for bigger dabs and low-temp terp sessions. Dry styles give you a more direct, unfiltered draw. Art pieces turn your rig into a conversation piece. Select the design you want above.

Mouthpiece Designs
Empire Glassworks Avocado Mouthpiece
This handcrafted piece from Empire Glassworks has a detailed, hand-worked avocado design, and no two are exactly alike. It’s made from borosilicate and Pyrex glass and gives you smooth airflow along with a playful look. It stands 3.2" tall and 1.5" wide.
Pulsar Puffco Peak Recycler Mouthpiece (5.75")
This is a recycler bubbler with a disc percolator. It cycles water through the chamber to cool each hit and cut down on resin buildup. At 5.75" (14.6 cm) tall, it holds plenty of water for smooth, comfortable draws. It comes in assorted colours. Leave a note at checkout with your preference and we’ll do our best to match it, but we can’t guarantee a specific colour.
Pulsar Ghostly Glow Bubbler
This 3.5" ghost-shaped water bubbler glows in the dark, so it really stands out in low light. It’s made from borosilicate glass and filters every hit through water for a cooler, smoother inhale.
SeshGear 8-Ball Attachment (5.75")
Rack ’em up. This 5.75" glass attachment is shaped like a classic billiards 8-ball, so your Puffco gets a bold, pool-hall look that people notice right away.
SeshGear Busty Bust Attachment (5.3")
For anyone with a sense of humour, this 5.3" borosilicate piece has a cheeky, breast-inspired design. It’s a guaranteed conversation starter at any session.
SeshGear Shroomin’ Attachment (6.5")

Pulsar Recycler Attachment
This recycler keeps water and vapour moving in a continuous loop, cooling each hit and taking the harshness out of your dabs. It’s a great pick for low-temp, flavour-focused sessions. It’s made from borosilicate glass for daily use and comes in assorted colours. Leave a note at checkout with your preference, but we can’t guarantee a specific colour.

How to Swap Your Mouthpiece
- Turn off your Puffco and let it cool down.
- Take off your current glass.
- For bubbler and recycler designs, add water.
- Put your new mouthpiece in place and start your session.
Care
Clean your mouthpiece regularly so the airflow stays smooth and the flavour stays clean. For water designs, change the water after every session. Borosilicate glass is durable, but it’s still glass, so handle it with care.
