WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.

About the Puffco Proxy Terrapipe
You want something warmer and more artisanal than glass for your Proxy setup, without giving up a genuinely comfortable, functional piece. It's a strong pick for anyone who wants their gear to feel personal rather than mass-produced.
The slipcast ceramic construction gives the Terrapipe real heft and heat resistance, along with a hand-dipped, two-tone glaze that no two pieces quite replicate. It's available in Matcha (a soft green) and Chestnut (a warm brown), so you can pick the finish that fits your setup.
How to Clean the Terrapipe
Remove the Proxy core before cleaning. For routine care, wipe the ceramic with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, use a glass or ceramic-safe cleaning solution, then rinse and let it air-dry fully. Avoid rinsing while the piece is still hot, since sudden temperature changes can risk cracking the ceramic.
Compatibility
Whether you're running the Original Proxy base or the newer app-enabled Puffco Proxy Pipe Kit, the Terrapipe is fully cross-compatible with either, so you're free to mix and match your setup without worrying about fit.
Want A Top Of The Line Experience?
Make loading effortless with the Puffco Hot Knife. Its heated ceramic tip melts wax right off the tool and into place, no sticky mess, no wasted concentrate.
