WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

About the Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL Chamber
The Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL Chamber is Puffco's high-capacity chamber for the Peak Pro. It uses the same side-wall 3D heating as the standard 3D Chamber, but with a much deeper bowl, so you can load bigger dabs and pull harder without losing flavor.

Everything Else You Need to Know About The Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL Chamber
How does it work?
Before installing, update your Peak Pro's firmware through the Puffco Connect app. If you haven't paired it yet, here's how to connect your Puffco to the Puffco app.
Remove your current chamber, install the 3DXL, and use the XL Joystick Cap on top. Load, choose a heat setting and dab as usual. In the app, you can switch on XL Vapor Control for bigger pulls.
Features That Stand Out
XL Vapor Control is the big one. Once the 3DXL is installed, the Puffco Connect app unlocks a dedicated vapor setting tuned for the larger chamber.
The XL Joystick Cap matters too. Turning it while you inhale directs airflow across the whole bowl, so larger loads vaporize evenly.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Swab the chamber after each session while it's still warm to clear leftover residue. A little 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol on the swab helps with buildup.
The deeper bowl keeps more reclaim out of your airpath, so your Peak Pro glass stays cleaner between deep cleans. When the chamber eventually wears out, simply swap in a new one.
Flavor and Cloud Performance
Side-wall heating warms concentrate evenly from the walls of the bowl, which protects terpene flavor even on bigger dabs. Puffco rates the 3DXL at up to twice the vapor of the standard 3D Chamber.
If you prefer rich flavor over huge clouds, start on a lower heat setting and scale up from there.
