At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

What Makes the Puffco New Peak Better
Puffco took everything that worked about the original Peak and streamlined it. The New Puffco Peak features an internalized 3D Chamber, a joystick carb cap for improved airflow, USB-C charging, and a refined bubbler. It heats up in just 10 seconds, delivering big clouds with very little wait. Real-time temperature monitoring keeps your extracts from burning and keeps every hit smooth.
As a Peak dab rig, it doesn't have Bluetooth or app control like the Peak Pro, but it makes up for that with straightforward, single-button operation and next-gen hardware. For anyone who wants Puffco Peak performance without added tech, the New Peak is spot-on.
How to Use the Puffco New Peak
Using the Puffco New Peak is simple. Press and hold the button to turn it on. One click cycles through the four preset temperatures. Double-click to start heating, and the LED band lights up while the rig preheats. Once it hits your selected temperature, it vibrates to let you know it's ready.
Each session runs 45 seconds by default. Double-click again mid-session for Boost Mode, which extends your hit and raises the heat slightly. The Joystick Carb Cap lets you control airflow as you inhale, directing vapor flow for the best extraction.
Temperature Settings
The New Peak offers four presets:
- Blue: 490°F
- Green: 510°F
- Red: 530°F
- White: 550°F
There's no app control, but Boost Mode and Intensity Mode add flexibility. Boost increases temp by 18°F and extends your session by 15 seconds. Intensity Mode is built for dry use (no water), giving each preset a little extra kick.
Battery Life and Charging
The Puffco New Peak gets up to 35 heating cycles per charge on the Green setting. Higher heat settings and Boost Mode will bring that number down, so expect somewhat fewer cycles if you're mostly running Red, White, or Boost.
It recharges fully in about 2 hours over USB-C, and supports pass-through charging so you can keep using it with some battery left while it's plugged in.

The main difference comes down to control and capacity. The Peak Pro 3DXL adds Bluetooth app connectivity, custom heat profiles, and a larger 3DXL chamber for bigger sessions. The New Peak skips the app entirely and runs on four simple button-controlled presets instead.
If you want full customization and don't mind paying more for it, the Peak Pro 3DXL is the better fit. If you want strong concentrate performance without the extra tech, the Puffco New Peak offers the better balance of price and simplicity.
