At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.

Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.

There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.

About the Yocan Orbit 2.0 Vaporizer

The Yocan Orbit 2.0 (also called the Orbit 2) is a dab pen that borrows a few tricks from e-rigs. Instead of a coil, it heats your concentrate in a coil-less quartz cup, and two quartz terp pearls spin around inside as you draw. They break up your dab and spread the heat more evenly, so you get cleaner flavour and fewer hot spots than a basic coil pen.

It's an upgrade on the original Yocan Orbit. The biggest change is the OLED display, which shows your exact voltage, battery level and puff count. Instead of three fixed settings, you can now dial in your voltage in 0.1V steps.

Build Quality and Materials

The parts your vapor touches are quartz, glass and ceramic, the same kind of materials you'd find in a proper e-rig. None of them add any taste of their own, which is a big reason the Orbit 2.0 tastes better than pens with cheaper materials.

The battery, display and electronics sit in the metal base, which is the sturdiest part of the device. The glass cover and mouthpiece press on rather than screw on, so they come off quickly for loading and cleaning. Give them a gentle twist when removing them so the seal stays snug over time. The glass and pearls are more fragile than the base, so a case is a good idea if you carry it every day.

How does it work?

Charge it fully with the USB-C cable.
Press the power button 5 times quickly to turn it on.
Remove the mouthpiece and glass cover, and drop a small dab into the centre of the quartz cup.
Replace the cover and mouthpiece.
Press the button 3 times to enter voltage mode, then press once to raise the voltage by 0.1V until you reach your setting.
Hold the button to heat, and inhale.

For thick or cold concentrate, double-click the button to start the 10-second preheat first.

Tip: Keep your dabs small, about the size of a grain of rice. Overloading the cup is the most common cause of clogging and uneven heating. Drop your dab right in the centre, since anything stuck to the cool quartz walls won't vaporize properly. A heated tool like the Yocan Blade makes this much easier.

Temperature Settings

The Orbit 2.0 uses voltage instead of temperature. You can set anywhere from 2.8V to 3.8V in 0.1V steps, and the OLED display shows your exact setting.

Lower voltages run cooler and keep more of your concentrate's flavour. Higher voltages hit harder. How you hold the button matters just as much: short bursts usually taste better than holding it for the full cycle.

Features That Stand Out

The spinning terp pearls are the star. It's the same idea used in high-end e-rigs, scaled down into a pen. As you draw, the pearls spin and move your dab around the cup so it heats evenly. A small silicone piece inside the glass cover creates a vortex that keeps them spinning.

The OLED display is the other big upgrade. Instead of guessing from coloured lights, you see your exact voltage, battery level and puff count at a glance.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean it after each session. A cup this small builds up quickly, and residue stops the pearls from spinning.

Let the device cool.
Remove the glass cover, mouthpiece and quartz cup from the base.
Clear residue from the cup and around the pearls with a Q-tip.
Wipe the base with a dry cloth.
Let everything dry fully before putting it back together.

For a deeper clean, soak the glass cover, quartz cup and mouthpiece in isopropyl alcohol, then rinse with water and let them dry completely. Never soak or wet the base, since the battery and electronics are inside.

Flavor and Cloud Performance

For the price, the flavour is very good. The quartz cup keeps the taste clean, and the spinning pearls help your dab heat evenly. Lower voltages and short bursts bring out the most flavour.

If you want bigger hits, turn the voltage up and hold the button longer. Keep the cup clean, too, since a dirty cup affects both flavour and how well the pearls spin.
