About the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Coils
These are genuine Yocan quad coils made for the Yocan Evolve Plus XL. Each pack includes five replacement coils, so you'll have a fresh one ready when your hits start to taste burnt or your clouds get weaker.
Each coil has four quartz rods wrapped in titanium wire. With four heating surfaces instead of the usual one or two, your wax touches more heat at once. It vaporizes faster and makes much thicker clouds than a standard wax pen coil. Quartz also keeps the flavour clean, since there's no fibre wick to soak up your concentrate.
The quad coil pulls more power than smaller coils, and the Evolve Plus XL's 1,400mAh battery is built to drive it. That pairing is what gives the XL its big, dense hits. If clouds are your priority, this is the coil designed to deliver them.
Compatibility
These coils are made only for the Yocan Evolve Plus XL.
They don't fit the regular Yocan Evolve Plus, which uses a smaller dual coil. If you have the original Evolve Plus, you need the Yocan Evolve Plus Coils (5 Pack), which come in QDC quartz or Ceramic Donut.
They're for wax and other concentrates only.

How to Replace the Coil
- Turn the pen off and let the coil cool completely.
- Remove the mouthpiece and the atomizer cap.
- Unscrew the old coil from the battery.
- Screw in the new coil until it's snug. Don't overtighten it.
- Put the atomizer cap and mouthpiece back on.
- Start with small loads for the first few hits to break in the new coil.
Cleaning and Coil Life
After each session, take a short dry hit with nothing loaded to burn off leftover wax. For deeper cleaning, let the coil cool and gently wipe around the rods with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Make sure the coil is completely dry before you put it back on the battery.
How long a coil lasts depends on how often you dab and how much you load. Replace it when hits stay harsh or burnt after a burn-off, when the clouds get noticeably weaker, or when the rods are covered in residue that won't burn off. Loading small amounts and avoiding overloading the chamber are the easiest ways to make each coil last longer.
