At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

Best Temperature?
Each setting isn’t better or less than, they are simply different and provide different effects. Experiment to find the perfect setting for you.
BLUE (Low): The lowest heat setting expresses the nuances of your concentrates with high flavor and low vapor production.
GREEN (Med): This setting produces both quality flavor and good vapor production, offering the best of both worlds.
RED (High): This setting offers higher vapor production, while maintaining flavor quality.
WHITE (Peak): This setting is intended for the user looking for maximum vapor production and the strongest effects.
How To Use Puffco Proxy?
- Charge your Puffco Proxy before using it.
- Hold the button down for 3 seconds to turn on (unlock/lock) the device.
- Single click to toggle between the 4 unique settings (Blue is the lowest, White is the highest)
- Cold load your Proxy before heating up. Be careful not to overpack, to avoid leakage into the base.
- Place the carb cap on top of the chamber and press down snug.
- Double click to initiate heat up. Pulsing light indicates the device is heating up and will flash and vibrate 3 times when ready.
