At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

You can adjust the temperature between 392°F and 932°F (200°C–500°C) for full control. Lower temps deliver terpene-rich flavour, while higher temps create larger, denser clouds.
How does it work?
The Modül magnetically attaches to any full-size or Kompact Stündenglass. It detects the concentrate tank automatically and heats to your chosen temperature within 15 seconds. When you rotate your Gravity Bong, the vapor fills the globe and is pushed out through the mouthpiece or hose.
Can I use the Modul without a Stündenglass Gravity Bong?
Yes. You can attach the Modül to the Dök base

Both share the same design, battery, and digital controls — they just use different tanks optimized for each material type.
How do I clean it?
After each session, use a Q-tip with isopropyl alcohol to wipe down the quartz tank. For deeper cleaning, remove the tank and soak it in ISO. Always make sure it’s completely dry before reattaching.
What materials is it made from?
It’s made from anodized aluminum with borosilicate glass and quartz components for clean flavour and durability.
Does it support pass-through charging?
Yes. You can charge the Modül via USB-C and use it at the same time thanks to pass-through technology.
How do I adjust settings?
Using the 2.4” high-resolution full-colour display, you can easily set the temperature and session timer with a single-hand rotary dial. The screen automatically switches to concentrate mode when the proper tank is attached.
