At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

The Pulsar Elite Series Mini eNail Kit is a simple, reliable way to turn your glass rig into an electric dab rig. Plug it in, set your temperature and dab. There's no torch to fill and no timing to guess. The nail holds the temperature you choose, so every dab hits the same.
It uses a 20mm heating coil and a grade 2 titanium universal nail. Titanium is tough and practically unbreakable, which makes it a great everyday nail. The universal design fits 10mm, 14mm and 19mm joints, male or female, so one nail works with almost any rig.
The 150W controller has a clear digital display and push-button controls, with a range from 0°F to 1,200°F. The kit comes with everything except the rig, including a titanium carb cap with a built-in dabber handle.

Build Quality and Materials
The control box is small enough to sit next to your rig without taking up much space. The power cord locks in so it won't get pulled loose. The heating coil cord is removable, so you can replace it on its own if needed. The grade 2 titanium nail and carb cap are extremely durable and won't crack like glass or quartz.
How does it work?
- Fit the coil over the nail.
- Plug the heating coil cord into the control box.
- Plug the power cord into the box and into a wall outlet.
- Insert the nail into your rig's joint.
- Turn the box on and set your temperature with the buttons.
- Once the nail is at temperature, drop your dab, cover with the carb cap and inhale.
- Turn the box off and unplug it when you're done.
Never touch the coil while it's on, and don't leave the unit running unattended.
