At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

The Pulsar Elite Series Micro eNail Kit lets you dial in the exact temperature you want for every dab, with no torch involved. Plug it in, set your temperature and the nail holds it steady, so you get consistent hits every session.
It runs a 20mm heating coil with a grade 2 titanium universal nail that fits 10mm, 14mm and 19mm joints, male or female. Titanium is strong and long-lasting, so the nail stands up to daily use.
The temperature range runs from 220°F to 990°F, which covers everything from low-temperature flavour dabs to hot, cloud-heavy hits. The 150W control box has a digital display and push-button controls. The kit includes everything but the rig and your concentrates.

Build Quality and Materials
The control box has a clear digital screen and simple button controls, and both the power cord and heating coil cord are removable. The grade 2 titanium nail and carb cap are built to last and won't crack or shatter.
How does it work?
- Make sure the coil fits over your nail. If it's tight, unscrew the dish, slide the coil on and reassemble. Don't force it.
- Plug the heating coil cord into the control box.
- Plug the power cord into the box and into a wall outlet.
- Insert the nail into your rig's joint.
- Turn the box on and set your temperature with the buttons.
- Once the nail reaches temperature, drop your dab, cover with the carb cap and inhale.
- Turn the box off and unplug it when you're done.
Pulsar's safety guidelines: never touch the coil while it's on, don't leave the unit unattended, don't run it for more than 5 hours straight, and don't set it above 990°F.
