WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.

Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.

There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.

Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

Puffco Plus Information

If you’re always on the go and consider yourself a dedicated connoisseur of vaping, the Puffco Plus is for you. Never get sticky concentrates on your fingers or clothes again — the Puffco Plus wax pen features its famous loading tool built right into the mouthpiece. Despite its slim design, it offers long battery life, consistent vapor production, and three temperature settings that give you full control over your experience.

Heating System

The Puffco Plus was designed with a coil-less ceramic heating atomizer that makes your concentrates explode with flavour and vapour quality. It evenly heats your concentrates, while the ceramic bucket design protects your wax from direct heat for a smoother experience.

The Puffco Plus features three preset temperature settings, allowing you to personalize every session. To adjust the heat, click the power button three times quickly — the built-in LED indicator light will change colour to show your selected temperature. Hold the button and inhale from the mouthpiece to take a draw.

Blue: 343°C (Medium)
White: 382°C (High)

Battery

The Puffco Plus uses a built-in USB-rechargeable 520 mAh battery — now with 15% longer life than its predecessor. It fully charges in about 45 minutes and offers roughly 45–60 minutes of continuous use per charge, making it one of the most reliable wax pens in its class.

Sesh Mode

The Puffco Plus includes a unique 12-second continuous heating feature called Sesh Mode. Double-click the power button to activate it — this extended heat cycle provides a full, medicated dose and is perfect for sharing with friends.
