WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.

Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.

There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.

Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

The Da Vinci Miqro is a compact marvel, 33% smaller than its predecessor, the original DaVinci IQ. Its diminutive size and attractive price point make it an ideal choice for any vaporizer enthusiast.

Smart Path Technology

The Da Vinci IQ’s innovative Smart Path Technology offers four distinct temperature settings. This feature enables the device to automatically determine the best temperature for your vaping sessions. Simple to use and intelligently designed, the Miqro also includes three modes to enhance your vaping experience.

Heating Features

With full temperature control ranging from 176°C to 222°C, the Miqro allows you to explore three different heating modes, each tailored for a unique vaping experience.

Battery Efficiency

The Miqro is powered by a removable 18350 battery. With extra batteries on hand, you can enjoy uninterrupted sessions throughout the day. Charging the battery typically takes 1-1.5 hours, providing approximately 3-4 sessions depending on the heating setting used.

Pure Vapor Quality

The Miqro utilizes a ceramic zirconia air path and high-quality materials for the mouthpiece, ensuring the purest flavor from your vaporizer.

Grid Display

A dotted light screen on the front of the Miqro displays temperature, battery life, and selected mode, providing essential information at a glance.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Maintaining the Miqro is straightforward. Disassemble the device for cleaning, and use a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol for the non-electronic parts. After cleaning, rinse these components with water to remove any alcohol residue, and allow them to dry completely before reassembling.
