WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

Is the DaVinci IQ Worth it?
This DaVinci vaporizer is a stunner! Here is a breakdown of its various features:
SMART PATH TECHNOLOGY
Smart paths allow you to select from four different temperature settings. Pick a setting, use it and watch the DaVinci IQ vaporizer slowly increase to the highest setting. It’s a great way to make your sessions last longer while still enjoying the pure taste of your dry herbs. Altogether the Da Vinci IQ features three modes that are tailored to boost your vaping experience.
HEATING
With a 30-second heat-up time, the DaVinci IQ features full temperature control from 120°C to 222°C. You can adjust to an individual degree with the up and down arrows on the side of the portable vaporizer, as well as alternate between Celsius and Fahrenheit measurements. Explore the three different heating modes and receive the perfect vaping experience!
BATTERY
The dry herb DaVinci IQ vaporizer features a removable 18650 battery that lasts upto an hour with a full charge. If you have multiple batteries, you can have endless sessions all day long! To fully charge the DaVinci IQ's battery, it takes about 1.5-2 hours and on a full charge, you will averagely get 3-5 sessions depending on your heating setting. The charging time can take up to three hours.
Having a removable battery means you always have a power source when on the go and the USB cable means that you have twice as many power sources available.
The replacement battery is identical to the original one and it’s compatible with the DaVinci IQ2.
PURE VAPOR QUALITY
The DaVinci IQ uses a ceramic zirconia air path and only the highest quality materials for its mouthpiece. This allows you to draw the purest flavor you’ll ever taste from a portable dry herb vaporizer. If you want light or dense clouds full of flavor, you can easily customize your temperature profiles.
GRID DISPLAY
The DaVinci IQ uses a 51 LED light grid display on the front of the vaporizer to show your temperature, battery life, and mode.
BLUETOOTH
The DaVinci IQ can connect to IOS and Android devices. This allows you to pick from many heat settings and preheat your device without touching the device.
MAINTENANCE
The DaVinci IQ comes apart for easy cleaning and maintenance. Simply take the device apart and clean all non-electronic parts with a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
Rinse all non-electric items with water to remove all traces of the alcohol. Then allow everything to dry completely and you're ready for a new session. It’s recommended that you brush out all particles from the heating chamber after each session.
