WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.

Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.

There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.

Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

The Boundless CFV uses a full convection heating style to perfectly vaporize your herbs while also fitting comfortably in your pocket for easy portability!

HEATING

The Boundless CFV features full temperature control from 140°F-446°F(60°C-230°C) and an OLED screen indicating temperature level. The CFV makes it quick to have a session by heating up to vaporization temperatures and producing smooth vapor in just 30 seconds!

BATTERY

The CFV features an OLED screen that indicates temperature level and battery life. To fully charge the device takes about 2-3 hours and will averagely last for 60-90 minutes of sessions.

WATER PIPE ADAPTER INCLUDED

The CFV Water Pipe Adapter is easily compatible with your bongs and will open the door for you to take your experience with the CFV to the next level.

INTERCHANGEABLE RINGS

The CFV features interchangeable rings to customize your vaping experience. There are two types of interchangeable rings that comes with the boundless CFV. These are the Quartz heat retention ring and the Wooden heat retention ring. Wooden heat retention ring allows you to experience full convection vaporization which will produce smoother and much tastier vapor. If you are looking for thicker vapor production then the quartz retention ring will work better for you. To change the rings, apply the chamber removable tool to disassemble the chamber. Then change to the desired rings and re-assemble the accessories. The CFV battery will give you a couple of hours of constant use and can be recharged by USB.

MAINTENANCE

The CFV comes apart for easy cleaning and maintenance. Simply take the device apart and clean all non-electronic parts with a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol. Rinse all non-electric items with water to remove all traces of the alcohol. Then allow everything to dry completely and you're ready for a session.
