About the CCELL Rizo

CCELL is one of the biggest names in cart hardware, and the Rizo is one of their simplest batteries. There’s nothing to learn. No buttons, no click combos and no screen. You drop your cart in, choose a setting, and inhale.

The setup is about as basic as it gets. The low setting (2.8V) is for flavour and works great with live resin and rosin carts. The high setting (3.3V) gives you bigger clouds without getting harsh. The Rizo also vibrates gently every time you inhale, which lets you know it’s heating. It’s a little different at first, and it can’t be turned off, but a lot of people end up liking it.

Everything Else You Need to Know About the CCELL Rizo

Build Quality and Materials

The Rizo has an aluminum and zinc alloy shell that feels solid and holds up well to daily pocket use. The silicone cover on the bottom protects the charging port and voltage switch from dust and moisture.

Its small, square shape fits easily in your hand and looks a bit like a tiny old flip phone from a distance. It can get slightly warm after a few draws, which is normal for a metal battery this size.

How does it work?

Using the Rizo takes a few seconds:

Attach your cart: Screw one of the magnetic adapters onto the bottom of your 510 cartridge.
Drop it in: Place the cart into the top of the Rizo and the magnet holds it in place. The LED shows your battery level when a cart is inserted.
Pick your voltage: Lift the silicone cover on the bottom and slide the switch to L (2.8V) or H (3.3V).
Vape: Just inhale. You’ll feel a light vibration while it’s heating, and it cuts off after 10 seconds.
Charge: Lift the silicone cover and plug in the included USB-C cable.

Since the Rizo has no button, there’s no preheat mode. If a thick cart feels clogged, try a few short, gentle puffs on the low setting to warm it up.

The 300mAh battery is enough for about a day of light use. Heavier users will need to charge more often, but USB-C makes topping up quick.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Small and pocket-friendly
Solid metal body

Cons

Small 300mAh battery

Temperature Settings

The Rizo keeps things simple with two voltage settings, chosen with the slide switch under the silicone cover.

Low, 2.8V: The flavour setting. Great for live resin, rosin and other terp-heavy carts.
High, 3.3V: The potency setting. Bigger clouds and stronger hits without a burnt taste.

Start on low, especially with a new cart, and switch to high if you want more vapour.

Warranty

The CCELL Rizo comes with a 3-month warranty. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
