At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

About the Yocan Kodo Plus

Everything Else You Need to Know About the Yocan Kodo Plus
Build Quality and Materials
The Kodo Plus has an aluminum alloy body that feels solid and handles being tossed in a pocket or bag every day. The rounded edges make it comfortable to hold, and it’s light enough that you’ll barely notice it.
The 510 connection sits on top, so your cart screws straight on. There’s also a small hanging hole near the top if you want to clip it to a lanyard or keychain.
How does it work?
The Kodo Plus is about as simple as it gets:
- Put your cart on: Screw any 510 cartridge onto the threaded connection on top.
- Turn on/off: Click the top power button 5 times quickly.
- Vape: Press and hold the top power button while you inhale.
- Preheat: Click the top power button 2 times. It warms at 2.0V for 10 seconds.
- Change voltage: Click the bottom button once to move to the next setting. It cycles 2.4V, 2.8V, 3.2V, 3.6V, 4.0V.
- Charge: Plug in the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 1.2 hours.
If your Kodo Plus isn’t turning on, it’s most likely out of battery. Plug it in for a bit, then try the 5 clicks again. If your cart isn’t hitting, make sure it’s screwed on snug (but not overtightened), and wipe the 510 contact with a cotton swab and a little isopropyl alcohol. Also check that your cart’s resistance is above 0.8Ω, since lower resistance carts won’t work with this battery.
For battery life, the 900mAh battery is big for a device this size. Most casual users can go a couple of days between charges, and it shuts itself off after an hour if you forget, so it won’t drain in your pocket.

Temperature Settings
Like most 510 batteries, the Kodo Plus uses voltage instead of exact temperatures. Each step up sends more heat to your coil.
- 2.4V: Best for flavour and the smoothest hits. Start here with any new cart.
- 2.8V to 3.2V: A good balance of flavour and vapour for most oil carts.
- 3.6V to 4.0V: Bigger, thicker clouds, but can taste harsh or burnt on some carts.
Start low and click up one level at a time until it feels right. If your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting in the cold, use the preheat first so your first hit comes out smooth.
Warranty
The Yocan Kodo Plus comes with a 3-month warranty. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
