WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

About the Yocan Iris Replacement Coils
These are genuine Yocan QTZ quartz replacement coils for the Yocan Iris. Each pack comes with five, so you'll always have a fresh one ready when flavour starts to fade or hits begin to taste burnt.
They're the same QTZ coil the Iris ships with. Quartz heats quickly and evenly and doesn't add any taste of its own, so your concentrate tastes the way it should. At 0.8Ω, the coils are tuned for the Iris's 2.5V to 4.2V range. That gives you smooth, flavourful hits at lower voltages and thicker clouds when you turn it up.
Every coil wears out eventually, even with good care. Reclaim builds up, the quartz darkens, and the flavour slowly gets worse. Swapping in a new coil is the quickest way to make an Iris that's been used a lot hit like new again.
Compatibility
These coils are made specifically for the Yocan Iris concentrate vaporizer. They won't fit the Evolve Plus, Evolve Plus XL or other Yocan pens, which use their own coils.
They're for wax and other concentrates only, not dry herb or oil.

How to Replace the Coil
- Turn the Iris off and let the coil cool completely.
- Pull off the magnetic mouthpiece.
- Unscrew the old coil and set it aside.
- Screw the new coil in until it's snug. Don't overtighten it.
- Put the mouthpiece back on.
- For the first few hits on a new coil, start at a lower voltage and use small loads.
When to Replace Your Coil
How long a coil lasts depends on how often you dab, the voltage you use and how much you load at once. Watch for these signs:
- Hits taste burnt or harsh, even after cleaning
- Clouds are noticeably weaker
- The quartz is dark and coated in residue that won't burn off
- The coil heats unevenly or not at all
To get more life from each coil, use a lower voltage, take small loads, and do a quick dry burn after each session to clear leftover wax.
