WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.
As a hard-working small Canadian company, we take pride in personally handling every order with care and attention. You can shop with complete confidence knowing that all packages are shipped discreetly, in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of vaporizers or our company name.

About the Volcano Easy Valve Starter Kit
The Storz & Bickel Easy Valve Starter Kit gives your Volcano Classic a complete Easy Valve setup in one box. It replaces the entire top section of the Volcano, from the filling chamber to the balloons, with Storz & Bickel's simplest balloon system.
It's the go-to upgrade for anyone still using the older Solid Valve system. Easy Valve balloons come ready to use with the valve and mouthpiece built in, so there's no cutting, assembling or valve cleaning. When a balloon wears out, you simply replace it.
The kit also includes an Easy Valve Balloon with Adapter. That lets you attach your own balloon material later if you want to, a feature that used to be exclusive to the Solid Valve.

Not compatible with the Volcano Hybrid filling chamber. The Hybrid already ships with Easy Valve balloons, and you can use replacement Easy Valve balloons with it.

Easy Valve vs Solid Valve
The Solid Valve system uses balloon material you cut to length and a reusable valve you clean yourself. The Easy Valve system uses pre-made balloons with a one-way valve built in, so the balloon closes automatically when you remove it from the filling chamber. It's faster, cleaner and needs almost no maintenance.
