WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.
As a hard-working small Canadian company, we take pride in personally handling every order with care and attention. You can shop with complete confidence knowing that all packages are shipped discreetly, in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of vaporizers or our company name.

The Stache Terp Tap is a feature-packed tabletop vaporizer built for both serious sessions at home and easy portability when you're on the move. Whether you're using cartridges or dry herb, the Terp Tap gives you full flexibility with dual coil ports, allowing you to run two cartridges at the same time or one cartridge alongside a dry herb coil. This setup opens the door to custom sessions with bigger clouds and more flavor.
Equipped with a digital control screen, the Terp Tap gives you six voltage settings, each one color-coded for quick identification. You can fine-tune your heat level with precision, whether you’re looking for smooth low-temp hits or higher voltage for more vapor. The built-in battery life indicator and OHM reader give you real-time feedback so you always know how your device is performing.
Each Terp Tap comes with a custom decorative glass cup that fits perfectly into the base, adding a clean and stylish aesthetic to your setup. A USB-C charging cable is also included for faster and more reliable charging.
This device is especially ideal for cartridge users who want a higher-end experience without sacrificing control or flexibility. It offers dry herb compatibility, but it’s not a full replacement for your daily flower vaporizer. Usage Disclaimer:
- You can use two cartridges at once, or one cartridge with one dry herb coil.
- Two dry herb coils cannot be used at the same time, but can be alternated back to back.
- The Terp Tap is primarily designed for cartridge use, with optional dry herb support.
- Coils are sensitive and should be handled gently. Do not pack material too firmly into coils.
- For best performance and coil longevity, clean the ports and coils after each session.
