About the Smyle Labs Raygun Penjamin

Most cart batteries are made to blend in. The Raygun Penjamin is made to be noticed. It’s shaped like a classic sci-fi ray gun, with LED lights that glow and sound effects that play when you use it. It’s a guaranteed conversation starter at any sesh.

It’s also practical. Smaller 0.5g and 1g carts slide right inside the barrel, so they’re protected and out of sight. Bigger 2G carts sit on top. Three metal adapters are included so every cart size fits properly.

The trigger isn’t just for show, either. Pull it three times quickly to switch between four voltage settings, and use the preheat mode to warm up thick oil. If the lights and sounds aren’t your thing for a particular session, a separate button turns them off. If you want a 510 battery that’s as fun as it is functional, the Raygun Penjamin is it.

Everything Else You Need to Know About the Smyle Labs Raygun Penjamin

Build Quality and Materials

The Raygun Penjamin has a sleek, futuristic body with an ergonomic grip that sits naturally in your hand. The LED lights and sound effects are built right in, and the separate lights and sound button lets you go quiet whenever you want.

Smaller carts sit inside the barrel, which keeps them protected from drops and bumps.

How does it work?

Here’s how to use the Raygun Penjamin:

• Pick your adapter: Choose the metal adapter that matches your cart size (0.5g, 1g or 2g+) and screw it onto your cartridge.
• Load your cart: 0.5g and 1g carts go inside the barrel. 2G and bigger carts sit on top.
• Change voltage: Press the trigger 3 times quickly to cycle through the four settings.
• Preheat: Use preheat mode to warm thick or cold oil before your first hit.
• Lights and sound: Press the lights and sound button to turn them on or off.
• Charge: Plug in the included USB-C cable.

If a cart isn’t hitting, take it out and wipe the 510 connection and the adapter with a cotton swab and a little isopropyl alcohol.

Pros and Cons

Pros

• One-of-a-kind ray gun design
• Lights and sound effects you can switch off
• Smaller carts hide inside the barrel
• Fits 2G carts and larger
• 3 adapters and a USB-C cable included
• 4 voltage settings with preheat

Cons

• Bigger and bulkier than a standard pen battery
• 2G carts sit on top, so they aren’t hidden
• Not the most discreet option with lights and sound on

Temperature Settings

The Raygun Penjamin has four voltage settings, changed by pressing the trigger 3 times quickly.

• Lower settings: Best for flavour and smooth hits. Start here with any new cart.
• Higher settings: More vapour and better for thicker oils, but can taste harsh on some carts.

Start on the lowest setting and work your way up until you find what you like. If your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting in the cold, run the preheat first.

Warranty

The Smyle Labs Raygun Penjamin is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects. If something goes wrong, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
