WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

This feature-rich unit includes a built-in mini hot knife tucked into the base, making it easier than ever to load sticky wax without the mess. Inside the housing is a ceramic-lined atomizer with 360° sidewall heating, offering even vaporization and bold, terpene-rich flavor with every session. The oversized chamber holds more concentrate than most portable devices, so you're not constantly reloading mid-session.
Airflow is directed through an internal pathway to eliminate splashback while preserving vapor density and flavor. The integrated carb cap control pad lets you manually fine-tune the air intake, allowing you to pull slow and smooth or go full throttle depending on your mood.
With four preset temperature settings ranging from 490°F to 570°F, the Pulsar Chorus lets you choose between low-temp flavor hits or high-temp, heavy clouds. Everything is displayed clearly on the colorful dashboard, including temperature, battery life, and a 30-second session countdown timer. The haptic feedback lets you know when you're ready to rip without even looking.
This vaporizer is also water pipe compatible — just uncover the side port, screw in the included 14mm adapter, and connect it to your favorite bong or rig for an eNail-style experience.
