At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.

Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.

There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.

Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

About the Pulsar 510 DL 2.0 Pro

The “DL” in the name stands for down-low, and that’s exactly what this battery is for. It looks just like a disposable vape bar, so you can take a quick puff in public without drawing attention. Your 510 cart sits inside the metal shell, and the soft silicone mouthpiece is the only thing you touch.

The Pro version is a big step up from the original DL 2.0. The battery is now 1000mAh, there are two new lower voltage settings for more flavourful, terpene-friendly hits, and a 15-second preheat helps keep thick oils flowing. The side display shows your battery and voltage, and the puff counter makes it easy to keep track of how much you’re using.

You can control it two ways. Use a quick sequence of pulls to turn it on and change settings, just like a disposable, or use the button on the bottom if you’d rather control it manually. If you want a Pulsar auto draw vape that’s easy to use and hard to spot, the DL 2.0 Pro is a great choice.

Build Quality and Materials

The DL 2.0 Pro has a lightweight metal shell that keeps it slim and pocket-friendly while protecting your cart inside. The silicone mouthpiece is heat resistant and comfortable on your lips, and it’s soft enough to travel well.

The magnetic base clicks firmly into place, and you’ll feel a small vibration when it’s attached correctly, so you always know your cart is connected.

How does it work?

Here’s how to use the Pulsar 510 DL 2.0 Pro:

Load your cart: Screw your 510 cartridge into the bottom magnetic connector, then attach it to the base of the device. It vibrates when it’s connected properly.
Turn on and change settings: Use a quick sequence of pulls on the mouthpiece, or use the button on the bottom. The LED ring changes colour to show your voltage setting, and you’ll feel a vibration when it changes.
Preheat: Start the 15-second preheat before your first hit to warm up thick oil and prevent clogs.
Vape: Just inhale. It fires automatically.
Reset puff counter: Press the button twice quickly, then press and hold on the third press until it resets.
Charge: Plug in a USB-C cable. The light turns solid green when it’s fully charged.

Troubleshooting:

Red light flashes 4 times: You hit the 10-second cut-off. The heat shuts off to prevent overheating, but the device stays on.
Red light flashes 10 times: Low battery. Time to charge.
Red light flashes 3 times: Short circuit or over-voltage protection. Try cleaning the connector or using a different cart.

Cleaning: Remove the magnetic connector and wipe it inside and out with an isopropyl alcohol pad. Use an alcohol swab to clean any oil out of the 510 connection, then swab the inside air pathway in a circular motion until no more oil comes out.

Temperature Settings

The DL 2.0 Pro uses five preset voltages instead of exact temperatures. The LED ring lights up in a different colour for each one.

2.4V and 2.6V: The lowest settings, great for misty, flavourful clouds and preserving terpenes. Lower temps are also easier on your cart over time.
2.8V: A balanced setting for most oil carts.
3.4V and 3.8V: Thicker clouds and stronger hits, but can get harsh on some carts.

Start on a lower setting and move up if you want more vapour. Run the preheat before your first hit, especially if your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting in the cold.

Warranty

The Pulsar 510 DL 2.0 Pro comes with a 6-month warranty. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
