About the Lookah 910 Quartz Coils

These are genuine Lookah 910 quartz dish coils, sold in a pack of five. They're the replacement coil for the Lookah Octopus mini dab rig, so if you're looking for Lookah Octopus coils, these are the ones.

Each coil uses a porous quartz plate instead of exposed metal wire, so your concentrate only touches quartz. Porous quartz heats quickly and has more surface area than a flat dish, which gives you clean, pure flavour and good vapour. The bucket-style design has a large heating surface and 360-degree airflow, so you can take longer sessions with fewer reloads.

The 910 coil was designed to work with Lookah's temperature-controlled devices. On the Octopus, that's what gives you set temperatures (464°F, 518°F and 572°F) instead of guessing with voltage. With five coils in a pack, you'll always have a fresh one ready when flavour starts to fade.

    Compatibility

The 910 coils are made for:

These won't fit devices that use Lookah 710 coils, like the Dinosaur, Python, Swordfish or Q7 Mini. The 910 thread is 2mm longer than the 710 thread, so the two aren't interchangeable. For those devices, you need the Lookah 710 Quartz Coils.

    What's Included

    • 5x Lookah 910 Quartz Dish Coils

    Specs

    • Connection: 910 thread
    • Heating Material: Porous quartz
    • Style: Bucket/dish, coil-less (no exposed wire)
    • Airflow: 360 degrees
    • Temperature Control: Supports real-time temperature control on compatible devices
    • Quantity: 5 per pack

    How to Replace the Coil

    1. Turn your device off and let the coil cool completely.
    2. Remove the bubbler to reach the coil.
    3. Unscrew the old coil.
    4. Screw in the new coil until it's snug. Don't overtighten it.
    5. Put the bubbler back on.
    6. Load small dabs into the centre of the quartz plate for the first few sessions.

Getting the Most From Each Coil

Place your concentrate right in the centre of the quartz plate, and use small amounts. Overloading leads to burnt hits, clogging and wasted wax.

After each session, wipe the quartz with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol, or run an empty heat cycle to burn off residue. For a deep clean, unscrew the coil and soak it in isopropyl alcohol for about 30 minutes, brush it gently and rinse with water. Let it dry completely before reinstalling. Porous quartz holds liquid, so give it plenty of drying time.

Replace the coil when hits taste burnt even after cleaning, when vapour gets noticeably weaker, or when the quartz is stained with residue that won't come off.
