If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.

About the Dr Dabber Switch Go Weighted Base
The Weighted Base gives your Dr Dabber Switch GO a heavier footing, so it stays grounded while you use it. That extra stability helps stop the unit from tipping over and spilling water.
It also opens up more custom glass options for your Switch GO. If you want to build out your setup with different glass, the Weighted Base gives you a solid foundation for it.
Compatibility
The Weighted Base only works with the Dr Dabber Switch GO. It won’t fit the Dr Dabber Switch 2 or other Dr Dabber devices.
Why Add a Weighted Base
- Stays put: Keeps your Switch GO grounded on the table.
- Fewer accidents: Helps prevent tipped units and water spills.
