Buy the Dr. Dabber Drop Hot Knife If…
You're tired of sticky tools and wasted concentrate every time you load a session. This is a strong pick for anyone who dabs regularly, at home or on the go, and wants a genuinely all in one loading tool rather than juggling a standard dab tool and a lighter.
What Makes It Useful
Two heat settings give you real control, high heat melts wax quickly for easy drops, while low heat is built for scooping sticky crumbles without them falling apart. It works with every concentrate type, live resin, live rosin, shatter, crumble, sauce, distillate, hash, and diamonds, and pairs with electric dab rigs, traditional rigs, dab pens, and vapor cups alike. A magnetic cap snaps onto the back while you're using it, so it's not something you'll lose mid session, and the aluminum build is genuinely sturdy rather than the flimsy feel some competing hot knives have.
The Drop is also the modern successor to Dr. Dabber's original Budder Cutter, the first heated loading tool the brand invented back in 2014, redesigned from the ground up for faster, cleaner loading.
How to Use the Drop
- Press the power button 5 times to turn it on.
- Press twice for low heat when scooping concentrate.
- Press once for high heat, then hold it over your device's chamber to melt the wax in.
- Load your device and enjoy a clean, mess free dab.
The Drop will flash white three times before a heating cycle to warn you of a low battery. While charging, a pulsing white light means it's still charging, and a solid white light means it's fully charged.
How to Clean
Wipe the tip with an ISO cleaning wipe after a few uses. That's the extent of the upkeep needed to keep it performing like new. Handle the ceramic tip gently, especially while warm, since it can be fragile when hot.
Compatibility
Works with electric dab rigs, traditional rigs, dab pens, and vapor cups. Compatible with all concentrate types.
