WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

About the CCELL Sandwave
CCELL is one of the biggest names in cart hardware, and the Sandwave is built around their usual focus on keeping things simple. There’s no screen, no clicking combos, and no menus. You choose your voltage with a switch, inhale, and it does the rest.
The silicone wave grip is what gives the Sandwave its name. It wraps around the body and gives it a soft, grippy feel that’s comfortable to hold and doesn’t slip out of your hand. The body is small and rounded, so it disappears into a pocket.

Everything Else You Need to Know About the CCELL Sandwave
Build Quality and Materials
The Sandwave has a lightweight plastic body wrapped in a silicone wave grip. The silicone gives it a soft, comfortable feel and a firm hold, and it helps protect the battery from bumps and scratches when it’s rolling around in your pocket.
The plastic keeps it light and affordable, though it doesn’t have the heavier, more premium feel of a metal battery. For a pocket-friendly everyday or backup battery, it holds up well.
How does it work?
Using the Sandwave is simple:
- Charge it: Plug in the included USB-C cable. The LED flashes while charging and stays solid when it’s full.
- Attach your cart: Screw the magnetic adapter onto your 510 cartridge. The adapter is a small metal ring that threads onto the bottom of your cart.
- Drop it in: Place the cart into the top of the Sandwave and the magnet pulls it into place.
- Pick your voltage: Slide the switch on the side to low, medium or high.
- Vape: Just inhale. It fires automatically and cuts off after 10 seconds.
If your Sandwave isn’t working, start with the basics. Make sure it’s charged, and check that the magnetic adapter is screwed onto your cart properly and the cart is fully seated in the battery. If it still won’t fire, wipe the magnetic contacts on the adapter and inside the battery with a cotton swab and a bit of isopropyl alcohol. Residue on the contacts is the most common reason inhale-activated batteries stop hitting.
The 400mAh battery is enough for a day of light to moderate use for most people. Heavier users may want to charge it during the day, but USB-C makes that quick.

Temperature Settings
The Sandwave uses three fixed voltages instead of exact temperatures, all chosen with the slide switch.
- Low (2.8V): Best for flavour. Great for live resin, rosin and terp-heavy carts.
- Medium (3.2V): A balanced setting that works well for most oil carts.
- High (3.6V): Thicker vapour and better for thick oils, but can get harsh on some carts.
Start on low and move up if you want more vapour. Since there’s no preheat, if your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting in the cold, a couple of short, gentle puffs on low will help warm it up before a full hit.
Warranty
The CCELL Sandwave comes with a 6-month warranty. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
