WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.
As a hard-working small Canadian company, we take pride in personally handling every order with care and attention. You can shop with complete confidence knowing that all packages are shipped discreetly, in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of vaporizers or our company name.

About the CCELL M3B Plus
The regular M3B is great for standard carts, but bigger carts can overhang its slim body. CCELL built the M3B Plus wider at 14mm, so 2ml carts and larger sit flush and look like they belong.
It also adds the features the original was missing. The battery jumps to 550mAh, there’s a 10-second preheat that clears clogged carts, and a three-bar LED shows your voltage at a glance. Everything runs off a single button, and the device only fires when you press and hold, so it won’t go off by accident.

Everything Else You Need to Know About the CCELL M3B Plus
Build Quality and Materials
The M3B Plus has a full metal housing that feels sturdy and holds up well to daily use. At 14mm wide it’s thicker than the M3B, which gives bigger carts a stable base and makes it a bit easier to grip.
How does it work?
Everything runs through one button:
- Attach your cart: Screw your 510 cartridge onto the top. Snug is enough, don’t overtighten.
- Turn on/off: Tap the button 5 times quickly. Turning it off also locks it.
- Change voltage: Tap the button 3 times quickly. The LED bars show your setting.
- Preheat: Tap the button 2 times quickly for a 10-second preheat.
- Vape: Press and hold the button while you inhale.
- Charge: Plug in a USB-C cable.
What the lights mean:
- 1 bar (L): 2.8V
- 2 bars (M): 3.2V
- 3 bars (H): 3.6V
If a cart feels clogged, run the preheat once or twice. That usually frees it up.

Temperature Settings
The M3B Plus has three voltage settings, shown by the LED bars.
- 2.8V (L): Best for flavour. Great for live resin and terp-heavy carts.
- 3.2V (M): A happy medium between flavour and vapour.
- 3.6V (H): Bigger clouds and better for thick oils, but can get harsh on some carts.
Start on low and tap up if you want more vapour. Use the preheat first if your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting in the cold.
Warranty
The CCELL M3B Plus comes with a 6-month warranty. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
