At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

Everything Else You Need to Know About the Cartisan High-Beam
Build Quality and Materials
The High-Beam has a precision knurled body, the same textured grip you’d find on a quality flashlight, so it won’t slip out of your hand. At 6.1 inches long it’s bigger than a pen battery, but it carries like any everyday flashlight, and the included lanyard makes it easy to hang from a bag or wrist.
How does it work?
Here’s how to use the Cartisan High-Beam:
- Attach your cart: Screw your 510 cartridge into the battery. Snug is enough, don’t overtighten.
- Turn on/off: Click the button 5 times quickly.
- Change voltage: Click the button 3 times to move to the next setting. The LED bar shows where you are.
- Preheat: Click the button 2 times for a quick preheat.
- Vape: Just inhale to use auto-draw, or press and hold the button while you inhale.
- Use the flashlight: Switch between 1200 lumens, 600 lumens and strobe.
- Charge: Plug in any USB-C cable.
The LED bar also shows your battery level, so you’ll know when it’s time to charge. With 1500mAh, most people can go several days between charges, depending on how much they vape and use the light.
If a cart isn’t hitting, take it out and wipe the 510 connection with a cotton swab and a little isopropyl alcohol.

Temperature Settings
The High-Beam has five voltage settings, changed with 3 quick clicks.
- 2.1V: The lowest setting, best for flavour and terp-heavy carts.
- 2.5V: Smooth, flavourful hits and a good starting point for most carts.
- 2.9V: A balance of flavour and vapour.
- 3.3V: More vapour and better for thicker oils.
- 3.7V: The biggest clouds, but can taste harsh on some carts.
Start low and click up if you want more vapour. If your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting in the cold, run the preheat first.
Warranty
The Cartisan High-Beam comes with a 90-day warranty from the day it arrives. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
