We are strictly a reseller, all Warranty claims are managed directly through the products manufacturer/company, as they are best equipped to assist customers in troubleshooting their devices and products. We can assure you that they will take great care of you. Should the manufacturer determine your device to be defective, it will be replaced under their warranty terms. If you run into any issues please reach out to us and we will make sure your claim is resolved as fast as possible.

If your vaporizer box remains unopened and undisturbed, you are eligible for a complete refund. However, if the box has been tampered with or opened, there will be a restocking fee ranging from 5-50% depending on the circumstances, as well as a minimum shipping fee of $15. In the event that Canada Post damages your product during transit, you are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra cost. However, if Canada Post misplaces your product, a full refund or replacement will be provided only if the shipping error was not caused by an error on the part of the person placing the order. For instance, entering an incorrect address would make you ineligible for a refund

Following this, Canada Post will initiate an investigation, which includes the delivery driver retracing their steps in an attempt to locate the parcel as well as Canada Post's fraud team throughly investigates. This process may take up to 15 days, and we do not issue refunds or reship your order until the investigation is complete.
