CAN I RETURN MY VAPORIZER?
Yes, if your vaporizer box has not been tampered with or opened you may return for a full refund. If the box has been opened or tampered with you will be required to pay a 5-15% restocking fee depending on the situation and a minimum $15 shipping fee. Products are only eligible for return 30 days after arrival.

DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING
Should Canada Post damage your product during transit, you qualify for either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional charge.
If Canada Post misplaces your product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement provided the shipment error wasn't due to an error made by the person placing the order. For example, providing the wrong address would result in no refund.

We've experienced challenges with Canada Post misplacing our parcels, leading to significant losses in the past which hurts our company. DAMAGED OR LOST PROCESS
In the event that your product is damaged or lost during transit by Canada Post, we kindly request that you inform us promptly. We will then notify Canada Post, who will reach out to you for a detailed account of the incident. Following this, Canada Post will initiate an investigation, which includes the delivery driver retracing their steps in an attempt to locate the parcel as well as Canada Post's fraud team throughly investigates. This process may take up to 15 days, and we do not issue refunds or reship your order until the investigation is complete. We recognize the inconvenience this may cause and extend our sincere apologies in advance if this happens to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
WARRANTY APPLIES TO:
Warranty claims are managed directly through the manufacturer, as they are best equipped to assist customers in troubleshooting their devices. We can assure you that they will take great care of you. Should the manufacturer determine your device to be defective, it will be replaced under their warranty terms. If you run into any issues please reach out to us and we will make sure your claim is resolved as fast as possible.

WRONG PRODUCT OR NOT NEEDED
In the unlikely event that an incorrect product is shipped, or if you receive an item that is no longer needed, please inform us within 48 hours receiving. Please note that refunds can only be guaranteed for unused devices/products.
