Can I Return My Product?

We accept all returns of herbal products that have been tested within 30 days. If you have found any problems with your device while testing it, please give us a call at (604-300-5993) (1-800-301-9512) and explain what the issue is and we will give further instructions.

Your vaporizer has stopped working after our 30 day return policy? We do not want you to start smoking again so contact us and we will try our best resolve the issue as fast as possible. 

 Warranty Applies To:
Vaporizers Dead on Arrival
Defective Heating Chamber (Within 30 Days) 
Battery issues (Within 30 Days)

Does Not Apply To:

  • Used wax atomizers

 (Please make sure your device's atomizer heats up and work properly before adding your product to the atomizer. We can open up your Vaporizer and test it for you before shipping it out. Please email or call/text us if you would like your vaporizer to be tested before being shipped out)

 Customers with vaporizers broken or dead on arrival must submit a claim to (Sales@canadianvaporizers.ca) within 7 days to receive the fastest replacement time.
